		Our product is confirming to IS 1065/89 (grade 1) manufacturing standards. Further, it is sealed and Stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area, away from the source of heat and direct sunlight. Kunnath Stable Bleaching Powder can be used wherever the use of liquid chlorine is indicated and is safe to handle. Unlike chlorine manual handling without any risk of atmospheric pollution is possible.

It plays very important role in public health and environment hygiene. Its multifarious applications make it suitable for the following uses.

1)	As a bleaching agent in Textile Mills, Hand Looms and Power Looms, Hosiery, Laundry, Paper, Soap and Silicate manufacturing.
2)	As a bactericide and deodorant in water storage and supply for municipalities, swimming pools and hospitals.
3)	As a sanitation agent in hospitals, cinema halls, public lavatory, dairy farms, industrial buildings, stations etc.
4)	As a deodorizing and spotting agent in earth closets, sewage systems, leather industry ( tanning process )
5)	As an oxidizing agent in organic synthesis.
6)	As a chemical reagent in purification of Acetylene, making Chloroform, Gelatin, Dynamite, Gun Cotton etc.

Application
	Water purification Used by water works, Municipalities, Hotels, Hospitals and other institutions for the eradication and control of bacteria in drinking water.

	Control of Epidemics Diseases which could take epidemic proportions particularly during floods, etc. have been controlled effectively by Government and voluntary Medical Organizations with SBP.

	Sanitation and general hygiene Used by Hospitals, Health Departments, Environments Agencies, Offices and even Homes as a powerful agent for sterilizing, odour control, B.O.D. Reduction etc.

	Disinfection of swimming pools Used in swimming pools to kill and control harmful bacteria and other contaminants.

	Sewage Disposal For more effective sanitary disposal, odour control, B.O.D. reduction and removal of poisonous matters in various industries.

Precautions
	Keep away from water, acid, combustible materials and heat. Drums can rupture when heated.
